School Courses

At Phoenix Martial Arts we offer sport alternatives that educates as well as exercises. We offer an approved Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced course fit for school students of all ages. Practicing quality self defence whilst learning lifestyle philosophies will improve students discipline, awareness and confidence. The courses enphasize Safety Skills (watch out for bullies and strangers), Martial Art Skills (personal safety), Fitness to avoid obesity and Mental Training to assist Academic Performance.

Some courses that we have provided are 10 Week Basic Self Defense courses for All Saints Catholic College, Saint Benedicts Catholilc College, Macarther Disability Services. These have now been running since 2012. Courses are very successful engaging the  students, having lots of fun and learning some great self defense skills along the way.
